TwinTails Outfitters LLC Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds:

Merchandise must be in original condition; unworn/unwashed with tags attached and purchased at twintailsoutfitters.com to qualify for a return. All returns are accepted within (30) days of purchase. In order to receive a refund you must have proof of original purchase from the website.

To send us a return item(s) contact customer service and you will be emailed a link providing a return slip. Provide all the information, place the slip in a box or envelope and ship the return item back. Once we received the return it generally takes within 5-7 business days to be processed.

 

If you purchased an item at twintailsoutfitters.com and want to return it for a full refund, please email us at twintailsoutfitters@gmail.com or visit the CONTACT section in the main menu to initiate a return. When we receive your returned item(s) we will gladly refund the original method of payment. For credit cards please allow one billing cycle to see the returned amount.

Exchanges:

Should you find your Twin Tails Outfitters gear not fitting or looking how you like or if you would like a different color, size, or style we will be happy to exchange it out for you. The only requirement is your exchange must be completed within 30 days of purchase and be in A new unworn/unwashed condition with original tags.

Shipping:

Standard shipping for orders in the continental USA takes 1-8 business days. These orders are shipped USPS via Priority Mail or First Class mail. In some special cases if USPS doesn't deliver on time then FedEx/UPS could be another carrier option to customers.
